Today is the first day of candidate filing in New Hampshire. The filing period runs from June 3-June 12. We highly recommend filing as early as possible, which will allow the Committee to Elect House Republicans and the NHGOP to track filings across the state. Here are some resources that you will need to file:

First, check with your Town or City Clerk to see how filing will be handled in your community.

Please note, to file for State Representative, you must file a Declaration of Candidacy, a Statement of Financial Interests (RSA 15-A) and pay the administrative assessment fee OR file the required number of primary petitions as indicated below – RSA 655:19-c. The administrative fee to file for State Representative is $2.
