House Republicans will respect local control while working to incentivize towns and cities that want more housing to do so. We will reduce unnecessary state regulations and make it possible for New Hampshire families to achieve the American Dream of owning a home.

Taxes and Spending

We know that a thriving New Hampshire means thriving New Hampshire families. We are fully committed to opposing income and sales taxes, as well as lowering taxes overall. Under the Republican plan, New Hampshire families will see lower cellphone bills and cheaper prices at stores. Low taxes are a result of low spending, and we will ensure every tax dollar from the people is well spent and achieves maximum effect and value.

Jobs and the Economy

Government does not create jobs, but it can stifle them. We know that New Hampshire's small businesses are the drivers of our economy and the largest employers in our state. We will ensure that businesses do not have to worry about the state interfering in their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Education

Parents should be in charge of their children's education. We believe that all families deserve educational options, not just a one-size-fits-all approach. We will prioritize the Parental Bill of Rights, which creates transparency in public education and puts parents and students at the top of the priority list instead of the bottom.

Energy

New Hampshire needs a robust, mixed delivery system to meet our energy demand. This means getting new projects up and running and not taking from the taxpayer to pay off big corporations like the Democrats do. Lower energy costs will only be achieved through forward-looking innovation, not backroom deals to political donors.

Childcare

Childcare centers face over 100 pages of regulations imposed by the state. We will shift funding to bolster career advancement for workers in the childcare field, which will increase supply, improve quality, and enhance safety. Ninety percent of childcare centers are women-owned small businesses, and the field needs to be unburdened, not further strangled.

Healthcare

Healthcare is overregulated, and the state has prioritized a taxpayer-funded boondoggle that is crushing the private market. We believe patients deserve options, price transparency, and quality care. This can be accomplished by getting the government out of the way, ending state-sponsored monopolies, and letting patients choose.

Support Our Police

We will always back the badge and protect our police. Democrats recently sought to defund the police and passed a cashless bail system that has wreaked havoc in our cities and towns in New Hampshire. We will finish the job on bail reform and protect law and order in the Granite State.

Abortion

In New Hampshire, abortion is legal for any reason during the first six months of pregnancy. Democrats are pushing for taxpayer-funded elective abortions up until the moment of birth. House Republicans will support the current law, which over 70% of Granite Staters agree with, while Democrats will continue to push extreme policies to appease their donors.

Immigration

Illegal immigration stifles our economy and depresses wages for blue-collar workers. House Republicans will pass laws that prevent illegal immigrants from voting and ban sanctuary policies that encourage illegal immigration. We will always put Granite Staters first and will not back down from this fight.
